How Safe is your Pool?

Recent changes to Building regulations in Victoria now require Pool and Spa owners to supply their local council with a certificate of compliance (Form 23) in relation to the barrier/fence that protects the pool or spa from access by small children.

These inspections must be carried out by a registered pool and spa barrier inspector, building inspector or building surveyor.

These regulations are aimed at protecting young lives.

What People Are Saying about us,

Lindsay provided a friendly, prompt and no-fuss service, and documented his assessment and approval of our pool fencing as required, with the correct report spec sent to Yarra Ranges.  All done for the next 4 yrs!  I would recommend using Yarra Ranges Pool Fence Inspections again.  Thanks Lindsay!

Regards,
David

We found our pool inspection was not as stressful as we first thought it would be. This was due to the way Lindsay went about it in a friendly, caring manner. Helpful advise for adjustments needed to our pool area to pass inspection were giving accordingly. Our pool area was assessed in a non threatening, efficient and professional manner which we appreciated. Thank you Lindsay.

Regards Geoff and Jill Heyme.

We were very happy with the service provided by Lindsay. Lindsay was recommended to me by a friend and he did not disappoint. His price was fair, his communication was excellent, he turned up on time and his inspection was thorough.

Our inspection report and compliance form were received the same day as the inspection.

I have recommended Lindsay to my friends and would have no hesitation to recommend him to others.
